About
Daniel Markos advises private clients whose financial lives span several banks, countries and stages of business ownership. Before joining Corby Financial, he worked in corporate banking in Prague and in wealth management for high-net-worth clients in London, which gives him a practical view of how both sides of a client’s finances work. Since 2022 he has led the firm’s cross-border private-client cases from Zurich, working alongside tax and legal specialists to keep every part of an arrangement aligned.
Daniel starts by understanding how the different parts of a client’s finances relate to one another, rather than looking at each account in isolation. He brings investment, retirement and estate planning into one coherent picture, so that portfolio decisions, business transitions and long-term priorities are considered together. He places particular value on clear communication and a defined sequence of decisions, making complex arrangements easier to discuss, review and act on.
