How we are regulated

What Swiss financial-services rules mean for clients.

Swiss financial advice is governed primarily by the Financial Services Act (FinSA) and, for portfolio managers, by FINMA authorisation with day-to-day supervision by a recognised supervisory organisation. This page explains the framework in plain language.

No FINMA authorisation, supervisory-organisation affiliation or ombudsman affiliation has been supplied or verified for Corby SA. A LEI identifies a legal entity; it is not a financial-services licence.

Before relying on a regulated-status claim, verify the legal name and UID in the relevant official register and confirm that the scope matches the service offered.
